Our olives are grown in a true Mediterranean climate with long hot
dry summers and cool wet winters. This gives our oils great depth
and a range of characters so suit all markets. Whether it be “Mellow
and Fruity” or “Strong and Robust” we are able
to produce distinctive extra virgin olive oils to meet your customers
needs.
All our oils show fresh flavour and good balance with a vibrant
intensive green colour that is sure to attract your customer, which
look for a fresh oil with character.
Our oil is produced from groves using state of the art technology
to ensure all processes involved in the growing, harvesting, processing
and storage are optimized to produce the best quality oil that meets
the requirements of the IOOC classification for Extra Virgin Olive
Oil. (EVOO)
Our management philosophy ensures that chemical
inputs into our groves are minimised and the most environmentally
friendly chemicals are utilised.
Stringent testing is carried with our fruit to ensure correct harvesting
stage is achieved while processing is undertaken with strict supervision
of processing temperatures to optimise the organoleptic characteristics
of the oil produced. State of the art 2 stage Italian Pieralesi
processing equipment is utilised.
Our key variety oil is “Signore” –an olive variety
developed from Frantoio, a key Tuscan olive variety which is the
genetic basis of the best oils produced in the world.
Our selection of varieties and climate allows us to supply volume
extra virgin olive oil to the worlds markets from fresh harvests
in April each year.
