     Intensive Olive Technology

Intensive Olive Technology is the adoption of traditional olive varieties to the best levels of mechanisation and management to optimising the returns to the grower.

Lewis Horticulture uses its commercial technology transfer agreement with the Italian Government via the Olive Research Institute of Perugia to supply the latest practical research to its growers. This is further aided by the ongoing research undertaken at its own groves and those under management.
